Notice in the present petition was issued vide order dated 20.08.2020, subject to payment of Rs.25,000/- as litigation expenses to the respondent. Office report indicates that the said payment has not been made till date. Subsequently, an application bearing CM-8780-CII-2020 has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of order dated 20.08.2020, and notice in the said application was issued vide order dated 29.09.2020. Thereafter, on 09.11.2020, following order was passed:- "Neither anyone is coming forward on behalf of the petitioner; nor litigation expenses, amounting to Rs.25,000/- have been paid to the respondent in compliance of order dated 20.08.2020. It seems that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Adjourned sine die."

Even on the last date of hearing i.e. 29.07.2025, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the above position, present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
