The grievance being raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition is that Sports Certificate which the petitioner has submitted, should be verified from the office of respondent No. 8 before the declaration of final result of the posts as advertised vide Advertisement No.4 of 2018 dated 26.08.2018 (Annexure P-1).

Further prayer of the petitioner is that the representation dated 27.02.2024 (Annexure P-6) which the petitioner has filed before the authorities concerned raising the said claim, be decided in a time bound manner.

Mr. Harish Nain, learned Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that in case, the representation dated 27.02.2024 (Annexure P-6) has been received in the office of the concerned authorities and the same is still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided by the competent authority within a period of four weeks from the receipt of certified copy of RIYA 2024.04.26 16:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
