*** Shalini Singh Nagpal, J. (Oral) Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.191 dated 22.05.2017 under Sections 147, 149, 342, 355, 379(B) and 34 IPC, Police Station Sadar Ballabhgarh, District Faridabad and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Sections 147, 149, 379-B/379 IPC have been deleted and Section 323 IPC has been added in the FIR during investigation. As per case status on eCourts Services application, the petitioners have been acquitted of the charges and the case has been decided vide order dated 05.08.2020 of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridabad. The petition for quashing of the FIR, therefore, becomes infructuous and stands disposed of as such.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
