The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No.231 dated 18.04.2015 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 IPC at Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat. The counsel for the petitioner urges that the compromise in this case has been effected and a petition for quashing of the FIR has been filed.

The counsel referred to Annexure P74 wherein anticipatory bail has been allowed to Krishna Devi. Therein the counsel appearing for the complainant had stated that the compromise has been effected between the parties. In view of the above position, without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on execution of adequate personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court.
