The instant petition under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponds to Section 438 Cr.P.C.) has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.205 dated 10.12.2025, under Sections 333, 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 117(2), 324(4), 191(3) and 190 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding Sections 452, 323, 324, 326, 325, 427, 148 and 149 IPC) registered at Police Station Rajasansi, District Amritsar.

This Court vide order dated 01.04.2026, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Kulbir Singh, does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required in the present case. 5.
