(Oral) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for protection of life and liberty of the petitioner as he is apprehending threat at the hands of the respondents and with a further prayer to direct the Investigating officer in case/FIR No. 15 dated 24.01.2020 under Section 302, 341, 34 IPC nd 25, 27 of Arms Act 1956 registered at Police Station City-II Malerkotla, District Sangrur to comply with the provisions of Section 160 Cr.P.C.

The learned State counsel, on instructions from Inspector Jagjit Singh, has apprised this Court that challan already stands presented in the FIR in question.
