The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No.257 dated 30.04.2015 registered under Sections 20 and 25 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Sadar Karnal.

Heard.

The counsel for the petitioner urges that the challan has been filed and the petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2015. He urges that the recovery effected from the petitioner is only 80 grams over the commercial quantity and the co3accused has been allowed bail.

Challan has been presented and charges have been framed. One witness has been examined. The recovery effected is little over the commercial quantity.





 







 In view of the above position, without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on execution of adequate personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court.
