After arguing the case at considerable length and having failed to convince this court on the maintainability of the present petition, in view of the earlier order dated 19.5.2015 passed by this court in CRM No.M-16441 of 2015 filed by the present petitioner himself, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the present petition. Permission is granted.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
