As per office report, learned counsel for the appellant has been duly intimated about the present case. However, despite lapse of considerable time, neither party has furnished any of the requisite documents. Consequently, there are no particulars such as memorandum of parties, grounds of appeal, or supporting annexures available on record for adjudication.

Despite the above, there is no representation on behalf of either of the party before this Court today. The absence of representation, coupled with the failure to provide the necessary documents, clearly indicates that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 4.

A perusal of the case file further reveals that the present appeal has been pending since the year 2002. In the absence of the record, KANCHAN 2025.11.14 12:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
