**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to recommend his name for appointment against the vacancy advertised by various Institutions in State of Haryana.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he got himself registered with Employment Exchange Sonepat vide certificate Annexure P-3. However, Employment Exchange is not recommending his name for notified vacancies. In his representation, he has given names of 20 persons who have been recommended against the notified vacancies.

Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. This petition, at this stage, is disposed of by giving direction to the respondent No. 4 to look into representations (Annexure P-6 colly) and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. This exercise be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
