*** LISA GILL, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 692 dated 15.10.2016 registered under Section 498-A and 406 IPC at Police Station Jagadhri City, District Yamuna Nagar. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the parents-in-law of the complainant in this case. It is submitted that there are no specific allegations qua them. The allegations in the FIR are mainly against the husband of the complainant. Petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act was filed by the son of the petitioners' prior to the registration of the FIR. Further more they have joined investigation pursuant to the order dated 07.02.2017 passed by this Court. Therefore, this petition be allowed.
Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Rajiv Kumar, Police Station Jagadhri affirms that the petitioners have joined investigation on 10.03.2017. Their custodial interrogation is not required in this case.

CRM-M-3918-2017 -2- There are no allegations on behalf of the State that the petitioners are likely to abscond or that they are likely to dissuade the witnesses from deposing true facts in the Court, if released on bail. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances noted above but without expressing any opinion on the merits of case, it is considered just and expedient to allow this petition. Consequently, order dated 07.02.2017 is made absolute.
