The grouse of the petitioner is that he had submitted a complaint dated 8.5.2017 against Harmandeep Singh and Baljinder Kaur, levelling allegations of being cheated at their hands. Such complaint was submitted to Senior Superintendent of Police, Roopnagar, Punjab, but till date no action had been taken thereon. Copy of that complaint has been placed on file as Annexure P-1. The petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 - Senior Superintendent of Police, District Roopnagar, Punjab, to look into the grievances of the petitioner as contained in representation Annexure P-1 and then to take necessary action, if so warranted by the circumstances, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of order in his office.
