On the last date of hearing, no one had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant and the Registry was directed to inform the appellant about the date fixed before this Court. Today again, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant.

As per report of the Registry, notice issued to appellant received back with the report that no such village exists in Police Station Mahalpur and correct address would be required for effecting his service. 3.
Since this case pertains to the year 2001, as such, in these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. 5.
