This is a petition that has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No. 157 dated 23.07.2017 registered under Sections 365, 506, 216 IPC at Police Station, Hassanpur. Notice of motion has been issued and reply by way of affidavit has been filed by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Hodal on behalf of respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the matter has been investigated thoroughly and during investigation it has been found that petitioner Nos. 1 to 6 are innocent and challan has been presented only against respondent No.7 Satbir Singh aged about 53 years son of SATYAWAN 2018.10.09 13:05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh

CRM-M-39190-2017 Mohar Singh resident of village Hassanpur, Palwal, Haryana. It is added that after the reply was filed, another person by the name of Bhim Singh has also been named as an accused.

In view of the fact that the investigation in the matter is complete and the challan has been presented, no further orders are called for in the instant petition.

Disposed of accordingly.
