Prayer in this petition is for directing respondents No.3 and 4 to take action against respondents No.5 to 14 in terms of allegations raised by the petitioner as reflected in representation dated 12.09.2017 (Annexure P2). There is a further prayer for protection of life and liberty of the petitioner and her family at the hands of respondents No.5 to 14 and their associates. As per reply dated 29.11.2017 filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5, it is stated that FIR No.200 dated 13.11.2017 under Sections 148/149/323/325/ 354B/506 IPC has been registered against respondents No.6 to 14. Learned counsel for the State submits that investigation in this case is being carried out and necessary action shall be taken in accordance with law. CRM No.M-39196 of 2017 -2It is further submitted that in case the petitioner inform of any instance raising apprehension to her life and liberty at the hands respondents No.6 to 14, necessary action shall immediately be taken.

In this view of the matter, no further directions are called for in this petition. However, it is directed that in the event of the petitioner approaching respondent No.3 - Superintendent of Police, Yamunanagar raising any apprehension to her life and liberty at the instance of respondents No.5 to 14, the same be looked into and necessary action, if any/as may be required be taken by him in accordance with law.

Disposed of accordingly.
