***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Perusal of previous order dated 13.09.2018, shows that due to typographical or cut and paste error, the last sentence in its second para does not make any proper sense. Therefore, the same is corrected and shall be read as under:- "The petitioner has been attributed a handle blow of his pistol at the backside of right shoulder of injured-Karan" Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.48 dated 22.04.2018 registered under Sections 323, 324, 326, 341, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Mehatpur, District Jalandhar Rural.
