The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of FIR No.9 dated 16.05.2015, registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 120-B IPC at Police Station NRI, District Ludhiana on the basis of enquiry report dated 07.10.2016 and 28.11.2014 and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to raise all pleas before the learned trial Court at appropriate stage.
