(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.811 dated 12.08.2018, under Sections 323, 34, 354, 451 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of SC/ST Act, 1989 (Amendment 2015), registered at Police Station Chandni Bagh, District Panipat.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is falsely implicated in the present case and on the direction of this Court, has joined the investigation. It is also contended that nothing is to be recovered from him.
