   /1!2 &34 This is an application for anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No. 294 dated 02.07.2015, registered under Sections 147, 148, 323, 341 IPC and added Section 207 IPC at Police Station Kherki Daula, District Gurgaon.

On 19.11.2015 the following contention was noted :- "Learned counsel states that the petitioner has been exculpated by the witnesses."

Learned DAG has accepted that the eye witnesses have not named the petitioner.
