This is a petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to official respondents to protect life and liberty of the petitioners.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Amarjit Singh, who is present in court, at the outset submits that there is no threat to the petitioners. In fact an FIR against them under section 3(x) of SCST Act, P.S. Sadar Moga has been registered against them. She further submits that no harassment is being meted out to petitioners no. 1 & 2. Action, if any, shall be taken in accordance with law.

In view of above, no further direction from the court is necessary. Disposed of.
