The challenge in the instant revision petition is to the order dated 05.04.2023 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Moga whereby an application filed by the petitioner for restoration of the suit, which was dismissed in default, has been dismissed.

On 02.05.2023 on the request of counsel for the petitioners the case was adjourned to 09.05.2023. On 09.05.2023 also on the request of counsel for the petitioners the case was adjourned for 21.08.2023. On 21.08.2023 no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners although the case was called twice. Today also no one is present on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners do not want to further pursue the instant revision petition. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
