**** Jitendra Chauhan, J. (Oral) By filing the present petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners have sought regular bail in FIR No.155 dated 21.03.2013, registered under Sections 115, 120B, 398, 401, 411, 420 and 468 of IPC, at Police Station City Bahadurgarh.

It is contended that the petitioner was not arrested from the spot. He has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The petitioner is behind the bars since 26.08.2016. On the other hand, the learned State counsel opposes the bail application.

Heard.

   01.07.2015 due to which his bail was cancelled and he was ordered to be summoned through warrants of arrest. The petitioner was arrested on 22.12.2015 and produced before the Court on production warrants as he has been involved in another FIR No.327 of 2015, registered under Section 307 of IPC, at PS Line Par, Bahadurgarh. Thereafter, he was released on bail by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Jhajjar on 07.05.2016 but the petitioner again absented on 26.05.2016. Considering the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief as prayed for. Dismissed.
