Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since in the written reply filed by respondents No. 1, 2 and 3 in para No. 6 it has been specifically stated that petitioner will remain posted in the office of WCDPO, Jhajjar (R), as the office of the answering respondent has sent the proposal for withholding the online transfer order dated 5.8.2020 till March 2021 to the competent authority, therefore, the present writ petition has become infructuous and he be permitted to withdraw the same. Dismissed as withdrawn being infructuous.
