Eight witnesses out of nineteen having been examined; the next date of hearing before the trial court being 19.2.2015; the petitioner having been in custody since 19.12.2010, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial court to expeditiously dispose of the trial, taking into consideration the provisions of Section 309 Cr.P.C. as the petitioner has been in custody for the last four years.

Disposed of with the above direction. In case the trial is not concluded within a period of three months after the next date of hearing, it will be open to the petitioner to approach this court again for grant of bail.
