(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Inder Dev in case FIR No.5 dated 10.01.2017 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 406 IPC at Police Station Garhi, District Jind.

In compliance of order dated 31.10.2017 passed by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced demand draft No.249718 dated 08.11.2017 amounting to ` 3 lakh in Court today. Photocopy of the same is taken on record. The original demand draft be sent to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Registrar (Judicial) is directed to convert the same along with earlier demand draft of ` 4 lakh, totalling ` 7 lakh, in a fixed deposit in some nationalised bank fetching maximum rate of interest to save loss of interest to the party, who shall finally be held entitled for the same by the trial Court after trial between the parties, and keep the STDR receipt with him till further orders.
