SUMEET GOEL, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 (439 Cr.P.C.) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.200 dated 19.11.2025, under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 61(2) of BNS [Sections 406, 420 and 120(B) IPC], registered at Police Station Dugri, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, faced with the situation that the FIR in question is still under investigation and Challan has yet not been filed, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand, at this stage. 3.
