******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition has been filed against order dated 21.08.2018 (Annexure P-3) passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Narnaul whereby application seeking superdari of vehicle bearing registration no. HR-13F6322 was declined. Learned State counsel submits that the local police has no objection if vehicle in question is released on superdari provided petitioner produces before the trial Court copy of registration certificate of the vehicle. The petitioner has placed on file copy of registration certificate of the vehicle as Annexure P-2, which shows that he is owner of the vehicle in question.

In view of submission of learned State counsel, instant petition is allowed and vehicle in question is ordered to be released on superdari to petitioner on his furnishing superdari bonds to the satisfaction of Court concerned. Alongwith superdari bonds he will also produce copy of registration certificate of vehicle bearing registration no. HR-13F-6322.
