**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that vide order dated 11.11.2016 of this Court, the petitioners were directed to appear/surrender before the learned trial Court and the trial Court was required to admit them to interim bail.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has informed that in pursuance of order dated 11.11.2016 of this Court, the petitioners have appeared before the trial Court and bail & surety bonds furnished by them were attested and accepted by the trial Court. Considering the fact that the petitioners have appeared before the trial Court, the order dated 11.11.2016 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute and accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
