Petitioner and respondent No.2 are present in person. In compliance of order dated 8.1.2015, the petitioner has made payment of Rs.2.5 lacs to respondent No.2. Counsel for the parties state that they have agreed to get the FIRs quashed. Learned State counsel has no objection to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is already on interim bail. Accordingly, the order dated 2.1.2014, whereby the arrest of the petitioner was stayed, is made absolute subject to compliance of Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
