Versus
State of Punjab and others ..... Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMENDRA JAIN PRESENT: None for the petitioner.
Mr. Rana Harjasdeep Singh, AAG, Punjab.
RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of a direction to respondent No. 3-Ajay Pal Singh, SHO, Patran, District Patiala, to not to harass the petitioner and his family members.
Learned State counsel contends that the aforesaid SHO Ajay Pal Singh, has already been transferred from the concerned police station 2-3 years back and, thus, there is no question of any harassment to the petitioner by him. The petitioner was never called by any other police official nor he is wanted in any case.
In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
