9 #$   #2&4&('5$   " the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.197 dated 11.09.2015 registered at Police Station Sadar Jagraon under Sections 323/325/452/342/506/34/380 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act and all consequences arising out of the said FIR qua the petitioners are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
