The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.279 dated 19.09.2023 under Sections 420, 506 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station City Tarn Taran, Tehsil & District Tarn Taran, Punjab and subsequent proceedings emanating therefrom.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to file afresh with better particulars. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
