**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 207, dated 27.08.2018, under Sections 406, 498-A, 323, 354-B, 506, 120-B IPC, registered at P.S. Division No. 4, Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to order dated 13th September, 2018, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation. This fact is not disputed by the counsel for the State as well. Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Kuldeep Singh, states that the petitioners are no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 13th September, 2018, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
