**** MANISHA BATRA, J. (oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a compromise has been effected between the parties and petitioner does not want to pursue the present petition. Therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file the fresh one if any term and condition of the compromise effected between the parties is violated.

In view of above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
