(ORAL) Learned counsel appearing for U.T., Chandigarh submits that the petitioner is seeking quashing of FIR No. 530 dated 03.10.2013 under Sections 420, 120-B IPC at Police Station Sector 17, Chandigarh, whereas during the pendency of present petition the charges were framed on 27.02.2018, as such, this petition has been rendered infructuous because once the judicial order has been passed, it has to be challenged. Given above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

The petitioner would be at liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the charges. It is clarified that since the present petition was filed prior to the framing of charges so all the time till date will be exempted in case the fresh petition is filed against the framing of charges. All interim orders are re-called. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
