Accused petitioner is Numberdar who has identified the impersonator-Vicky to be original owner of land namely Gursharan Singh while participating in the execution of forged sale deed dated 5.7.2013 in favour of complainant Barjinder Singh. Learned State counsel on instructions submits that no doubt the petitioner has joined investigation, however his custodial interrogation is required for the purpose of completing investigation. In view of the above,no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.

Dismissed.
