Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards veracity of the averments/allegations made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Bhiwani to get the matter examined so as to ensure that the same is got investigated strictly in accordance with law and that the needful as warranted under law is done expeditiously.

A copy of this order along with copy of representation (Annexure P-2) be sent to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Bhiwani so as to enable him to do the needful expeditiously.
