(Oral) Today at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner requests that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an application before the trial Court again in view of changed circumstances including the circumstance that the prosecutrix in her statement recorded before the trial Court had not supported the case of prosecution. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
