The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No.297 dated 09.07.2015 registered under Sections 323, 3543B, 452, 506 IPC and Section 3 of SC/ST Act at Police Station Mohindergarh, District Mohindergarh.

Heard.

The counsel for the petitioner urges that the petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2015 and challan in this case has been presented and two witnesses have been examined and the trial would take time. He urges that the case of the petitioner does not fall under Section 3 of the SC/ST Act and the investigation is over. In view of the above position, without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is













 directed to be released on regular bail on execution of adequate personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court, with a rider that the petitioner would not contact the complainant or other witnesses or tamper with evidence.
