, the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 25.09.2013 passed by the trial Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Tarn Taran convicting the present accused before this Court, is hereby set aside along with all consequences thereof. However it is made clear that this order shall not favour the case of the accused who are absconding. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
