The petitioners have got married against the wishes of their parents. They are stated to be major. Petitioner No.1, in support of her age proof, has placed on record extract of her Aadhar Card(Annexure P-1) which depicts her date of birth as 15.03.1996 and petitioner No.2 in support of his age proof has also placed on record extract of his Aadhar Card (Annexure P-2) which shows his date of birth as 13.08.1986. CRM-M No. 39245 of 2015(O&M) representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot, District Pathankot, for protecting their life and liberty. Copy of the representation is annexed as Annexure P-4. Without adverting to the merits of the controversy, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot, District Pathankotrespondent No.2 to take an appropriate action on the said representation.

Since the main case has been decided, the pending Criminal Misc. Application, if any, also stands disposed of. A copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsel for the petitioners on payment of usual charges.
