Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the incident that took place on 10.01.2017, matter was reported to Police Station Bawal, where DDR No.13 was registered on the same day. Thereafter, the police took no action and a complaint was made at C.M. Window. Now, the police has registered FIR No.112 on 24.05.2018 but still no action has been taken, even to obtain the medical opinion about the nature of injuries on the person of injured Balwant.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation before respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Rewari. On receiving of such representation, if any, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law by Superintendent of Police, Rewari.
