(ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that claim of petitioners for appointment with deemed date and all consequential benefits w.e.f. 09.08.1990 has been considered by competent authority and vide communication dated 22.10.2019 of Director High Education, Haryana, petitioners have been granted deemed appointment along with pay fixation notionally and seniority w.e.f. 26.09.1991.

Communication dated 22.10.2019 is taken on record. I am of the view that grievance of petitioners more or less except for gap of one year has been addressed. No further cause of action survives. Writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Liberty granted to revive the writ petition in case something survives.
