******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No. 184 dated 12.10.2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC at Police Station Moga City, District Moga.

Notice of motion.
On asking of the court, Ms. Bhavna Gupta, DAG, Punjab, who is present in the Court accepts notice and submits that intimation by Registry informing of fixation of the petition has already been received and record of the case is available with her. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is on interim bail under order dated 10.11.2016 Learned State counsel submits that main accused has not Jitender Kumar 2017.01.13 10:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M-40164-2016 -2been arrested so far. However, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and the order dated 10.11.2016 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- (i) that petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by the police as and when required; (ii) that petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
(iii) that petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
(iv) that petitioner will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
