The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of letter (Annexure P-1) whereby her claim under Deen Dayal Upadhyay Antyodaya Parivar Suraksha Yojana has been rejected on the ground of delay.

The petitioner claims that her husband passed away on 23.07.2023. She vide application dated 21.05.2024 applied for financial assistance under aforesaid Yojna. The respondent has rejected her claim on the ground of delay.
