(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for directing respondent No.2 to protect life, liberty and property of the petitioner and her family members on account of involvement of petitioner's son Surjit Singh @ Suraj in case FIR No.133 dated 27.08.2018 registered under Sections 302, 148, 149 and 427 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran, and take action on representation (Annexure P-3) moved by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of instant petition in terms of order dated 22.10.2018 of a Co-ordinate Bench passed in CRM-M-46157 of 2018 (Paramjit Kaur v. State of Punjab and others). Disposed of accordingly.
