This is a petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondents no. 1 to 3 to register a FIR against respondents no. 4 to 9.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is a tenant of respondent no. 4. He is being unnecessarily harassed despite the fact that landlord has already availed the remedy of rent petition before the Rent Controller.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The dispute appears to be primarily civil in nature. It is inexplicable why this petition has been preferred for issuance of direction to respondents no. 1 to 3 to register an FIR. There is nothing on record to show that petitioner has been harassed in any manner. Petition is, thus, without any merit and is hereby dismissed.
