Case is being taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing due to Covid-19 pandemic.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court and to move a petition for regular bail and directions being issued to the learned trial Court to consider and decide the petition for regular bail, expeditiously. 3.
The same is not opposed by learned State counsel. 4.
Accordingly, in the light of statement of learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as prayed for. In the eventuality of the petitioner moving a petition for regular bail before the learned trial Court, the learned trial Court is directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible by taking into account all aspects of the matter, including the conditions prevailing on account of Corona Virus pandemic.
