CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIRINDER AGGARWAL Present:- None for the appellant.
Mr. B.S. Jaswal, Advocate for respondents No. 8 and 9. *** VIRINDER AGGARWAL , J. (Oral) 1.
None is present on behalf of the appellant. On the previous date also none appeared on behalf of the appellant. Learned counsel representing the appellant has unfortunately expired and notice was issued to the appellant. The same has been received back with the report that appellant was not found at the address and correct address be furnished. It seems that appellant is not interested in pursuing the instant appeal.
2.
In view of the above and given the prevailing circumstances, there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellant to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today.
3.
Since the main appeal stands decided, the miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
