Upon instructions from Mr. Rakesh Bansal, DTP (HQ), DTCP, Chandigarh, counsel for respondents - HSVP submits that the petitioners shall be issued a show-cause notice and will be afforded an opportunity of hearing before any action is taken. He assures that no coercive steps shall be taken till the time final decision is taken by the competent authority.

In view of the above statement made by counsel for respondents - HSVP, writ petition is disposed of. 4.
However, it is clarified that in case the petitioners are found to be violators, liberty is given to the competent authority to proceed in accordance with law.
